Ouydoors, it smells like a fire, air is hazy.

Anyone else get hail today? I went food shopping earlier this evening and just as I started packing food into the car it starts HAILING Ice and rain.

Is this why it was so foggy today?

I guess there was hail in Saratoga and Albany was covered in smoke but no hail. Smoke is supposed to clear for a bit with the current rain.

It's not terrible at the moment ... but I certainly wouldn't go outside for a jog.
The birds and wildlife are likely seeking clean air shelters. There's no way to tell if they're going to run this weekend.

I live in the suburbs a little south of downtown Albany & when I went out to get the mail, it still smelled like a forest fire. It rained last night & it's a little better today. I'm about 35 miles from Saratoga & it can't be any better there.

It feels like one of those Twilight Zone episodes where the sun stops shining. It's fairly dark outside.

I wonder what it's doing to the training. Are there any trainer stats for trainers who have experience training in bad air?
