know where you can get all 3 yr best times besides DRF Formula. Equibase shows track record but not 3 year best for Speed Rating? Looking to get all tracks besides the main ones. I have California, New York. Looking for B tracks like Golden Gate, Louisiana Downs, Lone Star, Sam Houston, Evangeline etc.

Daily Racing Form used to have it but I haven't bought one in 30 years

Ya on formulator if you buy the card....for each track..

If I recall.....

3 year best times was used in lieu of track records because some records could be 20 or more years old....

This was to make "variants" more recent and speed figs more up to date

Modern numbers have variants baked in now so why would you use 3 year records?
