Pletcher has a great record in this race . If this horse gets in the gate he’s not there for the scenery . I’m not going to believe any of these horses are better until he’s beaten . Blazing Sevens and National Treasure have never run in the same zip code as him . Improving my ass , they crawled in the Preakness . I gotta see that again to believe it’s some big improvement. Bet against at your own peril because I don’t think they run Forte here without thinking he’s going to win . This is the one with the weirdest outcomes , but I don’t see it this year .

Not sure I'd get too excited about Forte or Pletcher.
Forte was found to have tested positive for meloxicam (an NSAID anti-inflammatory) in his September win in the Hopeful Stakes and was eventually DQ'd and purse money forfeited.
He was then pulled out of the Derby via stewards due to a bruised right front, while at the same time showing up on the vet's list thus keeping him out of the Preakness as well since it was 2 weeks later.
Meanwhile, Pletcher was just notified yesterday by Gulfstream of 3 overages of 3 different horses that ran in the Gulfstream Championship Meet.
Lot of controversy swirling around the Forte/Pletcher entry.
