Off track sites not paying the Saratoga 2nd/3rd DD

I bet the 2/3 DD (#s 1/3) with Capital OTB who uses Twin Spires system. Instead of paying the $6.80 DD they refunded the DD bets. I called customer service immediately & they said they're working on it. However, not only does COTB list refunded for the DD result, so does Twin Spires & Saratoga Bets. I'm not sure how they'll resolve this since it's beyond just Capital OTB. Some computer person hit the wrong button when they refunded the 1-3 pick 3 & refunded the 2-3 DD as well. If you bet the 2/3 DD & won at any other place than NYRA, check your account.

same here had a 10 double 2nd and 3rd said refund on the results.
twinspires said it would be fixed in a hour thats 2 hours ago

It took until 10:22 PM, but Capital OTB credited the correct amount into my account. It was listed as an adjustment which equaled the difference between the correct payoff and the refunded money. I had bet $80 into the DD and the original amount I received was the $80. My account history now has an added line Adjustment $192. The DD paid $6.80 for $1, so the $40 DD paid $272.

If you check your Twinspires account history the adjustment line should be in there since Capital OTB uses the Twinspires system.
