is it a passenger ship like the Hindenburg?
can it change directions or is it just floating in the jetstream?
is it a low-level satellite type system?
does it have a computer on board?
what is keeping it afloat?
what else travels at that elevation?
so many questions .... not answered

A private jet flying at 43,000 feet reported that the CSB was at 50,000 feet. This is lower than the 65,000 feet initially reported. I believe it changes direction somewhat by changing altitude, putting it in different windstreams. It has solar panels so something is being powered.
