I'm a jaded asshole, but
1) Knife Mass Murderer scares the shit out of me compared to a gun mass murderer, at least up to the point of indiscriminate high powered firing.
2) nobody asked but it's sounds stupid to me to call killing 4 people Idaho (or 3 if I'm properly skimming the UVA shooting Wiki page) a mass murder. Feels like we've lowered the bar somewhere.

I believe the threshold is 4 to call a shooting a "mass shooting" so by extension, 4 murders would be mass murder.

Typical Democrat, nothing but insults and name calling. The Idaho student killing is not being ignored, but it isn't getting near the coverage of the UVA murders. That is fact, just like mass murders committed by minority gang bangers, won't get the coverage of a white person committing mass murder, especially if the targets are minorities.

I am mostly gauging my media bias by how MSN.com covers stories. They are liberal propaganda garbage at it's finest. I go there for my personal e-mail and to check weather. They love recycling stories of supposed racism by white people, even ones that are obviously made up.

It would be interesting to compare the coverage of the gay nightclub shooting in CO compared to the ID student killings. The former crime already has a leg up on the latter because LQGBTs are automatically an oppressed group.  If it turns out some angry white guy was the shooter, the story will be covered every hour on the hour all over the country.

The gay night club shooting is getting way more coverage on MSN.com than the Idaho killings. They have lots of articles asking well known gay people their take.

The stabbing story is not as bigas the nightclub shhoting.
What more is there to report at this time?
The shootingis new - just happened. More people involved, more story, ie, 2 guys risk their lives to stop the shooter, people dead, a known suspect,
Seems pretty obvious more interest for the latest.
How did FOX cover the stabbings today?
