I think she would have to be done, whoever that guy is he sounds like a decent caller, he caught horses in the back making moves and called a hot or slow pace before the time was posted.

Jessica is out at the Racetrack Industry Symposium at the University of Arizona this week. She's moderating one of the panels. Chris Griffin will be calling at Parx for the week - not sure if his Aqueduct gig starts immediately afterwards. I know I saw his NYRA start date at one point, but don't remember it.

Because you're judging people's abilities and don't even bother to know who you are talking about.

What qualifications are required to be able to judge a sports announcer?
How do I learn to know what I am talking about? I haven't been as hard on this women as most, yet you are attacking me, why?

At least as difficult as being profitable as a handicapper.

It's the way of current society. Qualified, competent or not, being in a rush to be the first to hire a woman, transgender, openly gay, or person of color. Why should racing be any different.
Let it be.

She did a very good job on the first race today as far as content. I wish she had a smoother delivery, it sounds a little choppy with short staccato statements. That could be the way she talks and her accent, I do not know.
