I never saw the story where it was implied the 14 year old boy beating the 9 year old girl was white. I have never seen them go that far, they usually just never show a face if the perp is black, if the perp is white their face is all over the place. Sick and tired of the modern psychology that their is no such thing as a bad kid, that the parents and system failed them, and a brain isn't fully developed till 21-25.
That 14 year old boy crossed a line where there is no going back as far as I am concerned. Fair punishment would be making him run the ball 50x against the local High School football team with no one blocking for him. That should equal the mismatch like his skinny ass had against a 9 year old girl. He shall be in juvenile hall in solitary until he gets his 50 carries in. If due to injuries he still hasn't completed them by the age of 16 he has to do against a college team.
I seriously hope that kid gets a bad beating to the point where he is almost killed. When I see young gutter trash like him, I see my nephew.
