Yes, when I first contacted him over the phone, to inquire about the software, he acted almost mad, that I had contacted him, even though, I had received personal information as a invite to the software. But I was very interested in A.I. at the time, and pursued for a short time. But realized this guy is to difficult to deal with. Probably if I would have persisted, as I would have gathered more data, the A.I. might have "kicked in", but I really disliked the atmosphere at his site. He was a little "Nazi". Didn't work for me.

He did use good data, from HDW. I wonder how Ron Tiller (Of HDW) dealt with him?

Which caused HDW to change their policy recently...

I was a JCapper User for 7 years......
I made a deal with Ron and Jeff to pay off each year in advance...
They were fine with it , I got my discount and they got their money up front each year. This went on for 6 years...
When I went to HSH.....Ron told DS that I am a HDW subscriber for the last 7 years and that I didnt have to pay for back data because it was the same files..
DS gave me the 7 years back data without blinking an eye.
Little that I knew he was burning him up inside because he couldnt get any money for it...but he wasnt going to turn down a $1000+ new subscriber. HDW offers a years worth of back data for $100/year ,which the developer gets a portion at that time.

One of the other comments he tells people is that you need years of back data for HSH to be at its best and he has more than 10+ that he uses....HSH comes with no data and no instructions on how to use it. Just recently he put up "beginner instruction videos" after I hounded him many times.

OK...now on to the best part... I get this letter from Ron below and just shook my head

Wait....so you got a nice deal when you moved to HSH....you wanted the SAME deal from HDW & HTR when you left HSH and moved to HTR....

And you're blaming DAVE SCHWARTZ because Ron and the HTR folks didn't give you the same deal when you moved to HTR?

Why would Dave Schwartz give a **** what happened to you once you left HSH?

It's clear to me that it is RON TILLER and/or the HTR folks who didn't want to put up with your stupidity any longer and weren't going to cut you another sweet deal with HDW data and HTR.

Plus, I bet Ron's gonna be really happy (he posts here, so maybe he will let us know) when he finds out you're letting everyone know you got an outrageously sweet deal that gave you all that back data FOR FREE simply because you moved from one program to another.

If I were Ron, I'd ban you from ever downloading another piece of data from his system ever again....

Then, in your head, you can blame Dave for that too.

Why/how would Dave, who wouldn't get a nickle of money for anything you do with HDW/HTR, and, by your own words, NOT KNOWING YOU WERE GOING TO HTR...make sure you didn't get the same deal for HTR?
