In his own words....

Republicans have insufficient evidence to call elections ‘rigged’ and ‘fraudulent’
https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...ed-fraudulent/

Opinion by Benjamin L. Ginsberg
September 8, 2020 at 6:12 p.m. EDT

Benjamin L. Ginsberg practiced election law for 38 years. He co-chaired the bipartisan 2013 Presidential Commission on Election Administration.

Legions of Republican lawyers have searched in vain over four decades for fraudulent double voting. At long last, they have a blatant example of a major politician urging his supporters to illegally vote twice.

The only hitch is that the candidate is President Trump.

The president, who has been arguing that our elections are “rigged” and “fraudulent,” last week instructed voters to act in a way that would fulfill that prophecy. On Wednesday in North Carolina, he urged supporters to double vote, casting ballots at the polls even if they have already mailed in absentee ballots. A tweet claiming he meant only for people to check that their ballots had been received and counted sounded fine — until Trump renewed his original push on Thursday evening in Pennsylvania and again Friday at a telerally.

Cases on state level are pretty much out of federal jurisdiction.

No. Cases on the state level are handled by the FBI all the time. And he specifically said "the agency had seen local election fraud "from time to time"

"Time to time" is not massive fraud as you and your moron have claimed.
Do FBI agents work with state, local, or other law enforcement officers on “task forces”?
https://www.fbi.gov/about/faqs/do-fb...on-task-forces

Absolutely, and we consider it central to our success today. Task forces have proven to be a highly effective way for the FBI and federal, state, and local law enforcement to join together to address specific crime problems and national security threats. In law enforcement, “concurrent jurisdiction” may exist, where a crime may be a local, state, and federal violation all at the same time. Task forces typically focus on terrorism, organized crime, narcotics, gangs, bank robberies, kidnapping, and motor vehicle theft. See our Partnerships and Outreach webpage for more information. The FBI also works closely with the Director of National Intelligence and other U.S. intelligence agencies to gather and analyze intelligence on terrorism and other security threats.

I don't see anything about voter fraud included in those task forces.

Again, voter fraud is a STATE issue, not a federal one. This is why every state has its own Secretary of State who oversees elections and has its own election laws.

You are worthy of the paranoid dummy of the year award. I think if I did not find you as amusing as a crazy man dancing a frantic jig, I would ignore you.

Much, much later.

The world system does not function on the honor system. Neither should the U.S. election system. Common sense except for people denser than rocks.
