Now talk about pure, unadulterated, stark naked ignorance! When did the U.S. criminal system start charging dead people with anything? Who else, pray tell, did you expect to be charged? "Strangely", eh? Did Zimm have secret and, yet, unnamed co-conspirators working with him?
You think???? I believe this qualifies as the most stupid statement I have ever read in my entire life.

Hanover, he stated the obvious? I guess it wasn't so obvious to the prosecutor that made the charge.
Who else do you think should be charged? It's pretty obvious(maybe not to you)that it was a two man fight.

You too? Incredible.....did not Alan D allude to the possiblility that the prosecutor was criminal in the manner in wich the charges were written up? It's how he sold the whole arguement....and you among others, ate it up. 12 will decide, and I am confident they get it right as I said all along here.

So I'm clear, you agree he was overcharged and you want the jury to get it right? You DO realize by that logic you're saying 'right' is an acquittal?
Gosh, I hope for your sake they don't get it "wrong."

You hypocrite! You complained earlier about people calling you names, but then turn around and attack me? I didn't even call you stupid. I said your statement was!
Hanny, the prosecutor had nothing to do with Martin's death! Whether or not the prosecutor should be charged is irrelevant to the kid's death. Therefore, it's an entirely separate issue.
Plus you did say about Mr. D rather dismissively: He is a paid defense attorney. What else were we supposed to hear? So, how is his take on the prosecutor even relevant, huh? How come you're not equally dismissive of those comments that you allege Mr. D made? Also, did Alan D say specifically that she should be charged for misconduct in this case?
And or your info, I "missed" Alan D's remarks because Mack's #1158 that was supposed to link us to Alan D on YouTube is a dud. It's nothing but a white blank on my monitor.

You're whistlin' in the dark, Mack. Hanover is way in over his head. It's obvious that this case has turned him inside out and and has made him hopelessly confused. This is what happens when people become emotionally invested in a case and can no longer critically assess the evidence in a dispassionate, cool, calm, collected and objective manner.

Oh come now...you don't think serious political pressure led to these charges?
And I also wonder if these same political pressures (plus the threat of retaliation, whether real or implied) has led some of these witnesses to soften their stories that may have been unkind to Martin...

It's a pretty good bet had Trayvon been named Mike instead, Zimmerman wouldn't have ever been charged in the first place...

Such bullshit...there is at least one very prominent story of Zimmerman going TO BAT for "black folk." And please show me where it has been reported that Zimmerman only called the cops (and he called them MANY TIMES) on black guys roaming the neighborhood.

More bullshit...here is a list of calls...some involving minorities, some involving white folk, some not detailing the race....

Yup, this is a clear example of Zimmerman's hatred of "black folk":

Tape showed Zimmerman's anger over black man's beating
(CNN) — George Zimmerman gave a scathing review of the Sanford Police Department and accused its chief of engaging in a cover-up during a public meeting in January 2011.
Zimmerman's anger stemmed from the case of Sherman Ware, a black homeless man who was beaten by the son of a white police lieutenant.

You don't think the police would have cared that an overzealous wannabe cop killed a 17 year old kid named Mike? The only reason Zimmerman was charged was because Trayvon was black?
who cares what the media has said. Isn't the story here that a 17 year old is dead?
We must have a different idea about what a pretty good bet is.
However, my point had nothing to do with your response. I was talking about Boxhair's reaction.
