The little girl didn't have an option. She was taken to her death by her dad who was a fkn idiot. You can play it out anyway you wish, but at the end of the day...it is what it is.

How, for his bravery? Or as a loving, caring father because he had good intentions for his daughter, even though his plan left much to be desired? Or maybe for his stupidity? Or as a scofflaw, since he surely knew there were legal points of entry? Or as a bad gambler who didn't accurately assess all the risks involved?

Here's something else that is "very obvious": The truth isn't always pretty to anyone who has a "basic knowledge" of life.

The man rolled the dice, took his chances and he lost. He would have been just another another loser in life, amongst hundreds of millions worldwide, whose only claim to fame now (albeit posthumously) is that he and his daughter made it into the "headlines", which would have never happened if it weren't for those smarter than him who hated to see a hot political opportunity squandered that would offer many anti-Trump talking points for numerous news outlets to exploit. This, too,is tragic! In some ways, perhaps even more so.

And these two tragedies are just tip of the Tragic Iceberg if you want to pursue this further.
