Good for him I say then...**** these clowns in the executive offices if what he alleges is true. It's time somebody stood up for what is right.
Definitely NOT enough of that going around these days. Everybody's afraid of losing what they have.

That is what happens when you put a rule in place that you have to interview a minority before you can hire a white guy. Many teams already have a good idea who they are going to hire and then have to go through the process of a mock interview to satisfy the rules. If teams go through the motions like Denver and the Giants did then you wind up getting sued. I don't see the racism here like Flores is contending when the two teams followed procedure. They never would have interviewed him if the NFL didn't force them to.

The Rooney Rule in full effect is essentially what Flores is up against
Additionally, here is part of what Flores claims:
In certain critical ways, the NFL is racially segregated and is managed much like a plantation. Its 32 owners—none of whom are Black—profit substantially from the labor of NFL players, 70% of whom are Black.
The owners watch the games from atop NFL stadiums in their luxury boxes, while their majority-Black workforce put their bodies on the line every Sunday, taking vicious hits and suffering debilitating injuries to their bodies and their brains while the NFL and its owners reap billions of dollars.
Above is right out of the Kaepernick playbook, proves nothing. There is also a mention of the texts between him and Bill B. that are a non factor.
He had three years at Miami, and reportedly did not get along with many and his style was disliked. This was widely reported thru mid season along with his disconnect with Tua. Appears he is no different than many first time coaches, except that he is not white.

All The Wrong Moves
I'm learning all the time. It isn't enough to sue your boss over underhanded and unfair practices. Throw in the race card.
And what effect will this have on future hiring choices around the league? You think the owners need this kind of heat?
Sure, Flores will benefit from whatever settlement ensues, but it will be paid for by every other minority who applies for a front office position.

70% of NFL players are black and owners can only find one qualified black man to head coach?

It is painfully obvious there are a lot of racist owners. I don't see how it is even a question.
