I'm going to be a little skeptical of the official story until more info comes out.

Why post if you didn't even bother to read the link? The official story was that he was working on the timing system. Why would he have tools to fill divots?

There's a tool that maintenance guys use to pack down divots.

I know what a divot tool is. Saying "fill in" wasn't the best term. That said, both the article and my post say why the guy was on the course. So again, why would he have a divot tool to work on the timing system?

When I'm convinced the official story is true, I'll let you know.

May have been high on shrooms. Hence the cover story

I don't believe anything they tell you when something happens in Ca.

You didn't even read the story. You got caught and you're trying to deflect. Don't comment on stuff you don't read. It's bad form.

To me it looked like he was attempting to gravely injure himself. Suicide by horse.
You cannot tell me for one moment he could not hear them coming, and then he does not even face them, or flee, he kneels down facing the other way and gets knocked over.
He could have killed someone. Jail or a mental health institution.

I love how the Alex Jones folks on this board can make some fantasy out of any event.
The guy was a electrician working on the timing system. He was under the assumption they were off the turf. Somebody let him on the course to do the work and either abandoned him or forgot him.
He was most likely as stunned to see horses coming at him and we were to see him on the course.
Btw... I'm just happy CJ's constant complaining about bad timing is seeing some action.

I'm going with this explanation.
