I alerted them about Tampa and I think it was updated shortly after. The information wasn't in the tote like usual where we get changes. I'll check on Penn.

I just tried and was OK. If you are still having an issue send me a note with your ID and I'll make sure someone knows immediately.

Heard back from Equibase concerning condensed printouts and still waiting for my refund. They say the high volume of customers requesting a refund has taken longer than expected to correct and they also say the issue has not been resolved yet and don't know when Timeform will be able to correct the problem. Looks like another weekend without pacefigs.

Why would EB give you a refund?
You didn't buy from them.
I am assuming TF is still selling PPs and still providing condensed off of their website.
Anyone confirm this?

I printed the condensed for AQU from the Timeform site an hour ago.

I use NJBets/TVG as I have an account there and equibase is the party who supplies the timeform info to them. NJBets/TVG is just a third party but right now there is no party in this house.

I apologize for the delay in your refund, due to the high volume with the Timeform refunds they are taking a little longer to process. Currently, Timeform has not come up with a solution to the issue, I apologize.
Regards,
Susan Steward
This is the e-mail I got today.

If you have a drf bets account you can purchase Timeform pps for $3.50 and get refunded if you make a bet of at least $5.00. The condensed sheet is there.

Living in NJ I can only use NJBets. Besides the highest taxes in the nation we are also lucky enough to be bound by state laws that do not allow us to use any other services. I love living here for now as my Daughter and grandchildren also reside in Jersey but come the day when I retire I will be looking for a warmer climate and a state that allows other options.

Thanks for the invite GMB. My wife has family in Charlotte,NC but you can't do much there either. I believe they just got lottery a couple of years ago. I am hoping that the issue will be resolved soon. At least it saves me some $$$ as I have to limit my plays for now.

Just checked NJBets/TVG site and see that they are not even offering TFUS pacefigs today. I also noticed that I still have not been refunded my money from last Saturday. I wonder if these people used to work in Washington DC.

Had a short outage last night, an intentional one to upgrade the database and also fix some things so nothing happens again like a few weeks ago. The site is blazing fast now.
