Are you responding to my selection??
Because she was running just fine until getting checked at the top of the stretch which probably threw her off her momentum.

I suggest watching the race again. She didn't check at the top of the stretch. She shied away from the eventual runner up as that one herded her a bit mid stretch, but she was never going by that one and the eventual winner flew by both of them.

Watched it again. And, I'd say it was a hard check. It didn't appear she had any contact with the runner up. I still feel she was running well.
Again, I don't understand why these jockeys are 3 - 4 wide but, it seems to occur very frequently.
Is it a safety concern?
The winner went inside.

A hard check? Watch the head on. She had about as easy a trip as you could ask for. She sat a perfect pocket trip and was able to switch out when she needed to at the top of the stretch.
She just isn't much horse.

Happy Match - hoping for 5-2. Taking a stand against Diodorito's and if Rudy's legitimately improved as much as my PPs indicate with blinkers, then he might be way too much with any more improvement. But, I'm skeptical. I think the West Point horse here is the most likely to run a hard half and still have some finish. And I really don't see much else in the race other than maybe NCG's Thirsty Actor.

Cripes, that may be all the sign I need to see how things are shaping up.

Juliastown - hasn't run terribly in two starts and takes blinks off while going second lasix, so maybe there's improvement to be had at a nice price in a race where I can't see playing the outside horses at their prices respectively.

Either you really want one of these hard knockers that is logical enough at a short price or I guess you feel obligated to beat them. Of course my inclination is to beat them anyway, but there are some very dubious contenders making their way down to $12,500 for this.
I'll take a shot with Non Stop at a price. Again. I know I've played this one not long ago off of one of his good races behind a solid pace. He's in the right spot here, there's nothing head scratching about the move. He should get the pace he needs and he's run well enough to contend under that condition in the past to be competitive if nobody else runs a top race.
