Always been fascinated with Hong Kong racing.
International Stakes are a somewhat reasonable proposition in that there is generally form. If you can decipher what is a true effort vs. a prep (not sure if that is as big in Hong Kong as it is in Australia), and you have access to the videos, it's a lot like handicapping Tampa! Just put it on mute and watch the races, watch the trips, etc...
Lot of money in racing, and Hong Kong is such a nice market.
Love Hong Kong, but I am too tall for America as it is, and this dog is too old to learn any new language beyond a few basic romantic phrases
