I try to get my selections to my clients by 11:am so they have them before they leave for the track or OTB.

Why is it that the later tracks like HAW, HOO and others post scratches on the internet before 11 but PHA and BEL can't get them out before noon. I know damn well they know the scratches before the programs are even printed.

A real pain!

The Belmont Park scratches are initially on the NYRA site between 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. depending on the day.

I don't know about PHA, but at BEL you can call or Email the customer service department, explain your situation, and they should give them to you no problem.

Philly is the worst. Only after the first race do they manage to get all their scratches in the system. Even then they keep trickling in.

I guarantee that things won't get any better after NYRA get its slots up and running. With takeouts being what they are at Philly(or whatever they call themselves these days), why would anyone even be interested in who is or isn't running there?

Before the programs are printed? Surely you jest.

The NYRA program goes final about 24 hours prior to post time. 48 hours at Saratoga.

You may want to revise your thinking there.

Sorry, I haven't been to the track in a lot of years.
