A few years ago I fixed the problem by having a tech talk me through it.

But they still didn't have a fix for the missing inner track symbol for Aqu.

So every year I have to write down the dates of inner track racing.

I downloaded 7-zip from Sourceforge and unzipped the program file to the briscust folder with no problems.
I made a folder on my desktop called fonts and then unzipped the font files to that folder,
I opened that folder and right clicked on each file, a menu comes up, right click on install on each file, You will get a message asking if you want to overwrite the file, click yes.
Everything works fine and I have my 1/2 Lengths back.
I'm running windows 7 32 bit.
I hope this helps.

Try this one, I used a different compression method.

Still no good. Wonder if it's worth giving their tech support a call.

Good luck with their tech support, the girl that answers at tech support takes your name and number and tell you that someone will call you back to answer your questions.
As of today Sat. it is 5 days and still no call back from their so call tech support.
This company has gone downhill faster than a downhill skier.

It's an absolute joke. They abandoned the program a lone time ago. Multi-million dollar company owned by CDI and instead Formulator is kicking their butt
