Just to clear a few things up, it was their bank account that got frozen. Everyone was paid (including me) the first go around, so I would hardly call them frauds.
I spoke to them yesterday and they are close to a resolution, and everyone involved in the research study will get an update via email likely within the next few days.
I have posted my email (turfnsport@aol.com) several times and said feel free to reach out to me with any questions, and many of you have, and I appreciate the patience most are showing.
The vast majority said they wanted to continue the study despite the payment delay, but we felt it better to get everyone caught up before resuming.

Anyway, as a participant in the project AND as an ex-tax auditor for NY State, I can assure all concerned that there was never an EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE relationship in existence and there is no case here.
I look forward to the resumption of the project and have no beef with turfnsport.

I am anxiously awaiting the continuation of the swarm.
it is a great idea. and now with the SPA coming up it would be great to continue. I pull against the over rated chalk with a my might.

Agreed! I continue to get weekly updates that he is trying to resolve the situation.
As to getting paid, companies go out of business all the time and leave people empty handed. You cant squeeze blood out of a turnip. And corporations were formed so that people would not become personally liable for these kinds of debts.
I remain confident the project will resume. If not, I wasted a few hours time on this instead of wasting it on something else.

I dont know the details behind the project , all I can do is assume here
maybe they gave you guys a commitment over a period of time
Ex: 3-6 months
But they got all they wanted in one month....or saw it was a no-win for them
so to get out of it , they thought up this cockamamie scheme to get out of it
and eventually dissolve the project....
just stupid me at it again

The latest communique...
We wanted to provide an update regarding your delayed compensation payment for the week of May 13th, 2019. The main issues related to our third-party vendor accounts have now been resolved. However, our business operations were severely impacted by the lengthy disruption. We are working around the clock to recover so that we may remit payment as soon as possible, and estimate this may take a few more weeks to achieve.
We understand this news may provoke further frustration and perhaps doubt, but please be assured that it is still our top priority to complete your payment and re-activate the swarm research program urgently. As a thank you for your continued patience, we will include a 10% bonus to your outstanding compensation balance. We remain dedicated to transparency and will provide updates as further progress is made.
Thank you very much again for your sustained patience and understanding, and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
All the best,
KPK Ventures

I don't know what to make of this anymore. I wasn't involved in this other than allowing it to be posted here on PaceAdvantage.
If people feel burned by what happened, I apologize for allowing it to be posted here.
However, I think the best course of action at this point is to write it off...and if you happen to get paid, consider it a bonus.

So let me get this straight.....
So your " business operations were severely impacted by the lengthy disruption"
and
to recover the " estimate this may take a few more weeks to achieve"
and
to compensate " we will include a 10% bonus to your outstanding compensation balance"
"KPK Ventures" if your trying to repair your reputation then forget about it
you shot yourself in the foot so many times ..theres no foot left
PA please end this , I am laughing so hard , I shit and pissed myself..
PS- Out of curiosity , I'm wondering exactly how much did they promise for this

Pace has no direct involvement with this other than giving me permission to post it.
96% of the people in the research study have been patient, supportive and anxious for it to restart.
I'll use my 10% to donate to this forum when I receive it. I would encourage some of you guys to do the same. Or at the very least buy Mikesal57 some new pants.
