I sent a support ticket today. I will post when I hear back from them. It's strange because I've ordered lots of books from DRF over the years and have always received them promptly.

I ordered 2 DVDs on 5/17 - still nothing. Email said all orders would ship in 2 days.
How do you put in a ticket?

I was told most of the orders went out this past week and should arrive shortly. I'm assuming that means that if you just ordered in the past few days it might be a little longer.

Thanks for the reply! I'm hoping to get mine by Thursday. I'm leaving early Friday morning for NYC and the Belmont Stakes. I'm planning on reading them on the long train ride if they arrive by then.

I got it but haven't watched it yet. Realized I don't have a DVD player any longer. I can get a USB one for $15 so I'll check it out soon.

I guess we ordered them thru either the United States Postal services or the Pony Express, still waiting too.

I'm sure they ship using media mail with usps and it could take up to 14 business days.
