I just bought in for 2017. I live in KY so the chance to be part of a horse who runs at CD for just $500 is too good to pass up even if it doesn't have the financial upside potential. Really looking forward to the experience!

no and no. Its a charitable contribution. At least that's how Remington Park did it.
