In the quote, the mystery woman is referred to as "Ms Keyser" and three lines down, she is referred to as "Ms Keyer".
Gotta love those top notch National Review staff writers.
Anyhow, ...
It's surely possible, likely even, that Ms. Keyser wasn't present at all of the parties that were held in the Bethesda Maryland area during her high school years. So what's the point of her comments?
I think this who episode shows why an thorough FBI INVESTIGATION is required here. Why are the Repugs so against getting at the facts here?

The FBI's "jurisdiction", you mean?
It is the FBI's jurisdiction to investigate the details of an issue involving a Supreme Court nominee being scrutinized by the Senate.
This was done - as it should have been - when Anita Hill made accusations against Clarence Thomas.
