“This is my last election,” Obama said. “After my election I have more flexibility.”
This is something I would expect of 0bama.
What do you think he meant by that?
That he would not be accountable to American people after he election?

After Barack Obama graduated from Harvard Law School, he was hired, first as an instructor, and then as an adjunct professor of law, at the University of Chicago Law School; he taught three courses, including Constitutional Law, from 1992 to 2004. Yes.

YES, I WOULD EXPECT ANY ACTION HE WOULD TAKE IN THIS REGARD WOULD CONFORM TO THE CONSTITUTION. ATLEAST I KNOW HE IS AWARE OF IT .
SLEEPING PRETZEL MAN, I WOULD THINK IS NOT.

Obama is the poster child for affirmative action destroying our country. Promoting incompetence due to the color of your skin needs to end.

I hope the Asians kick some serious backside in court with their reverse discrimination case. I think they have a great shot at doing so.

Affirmative action in the United States is a set of laws, policies, guidelines, and administrative practices "intended to end and correct the effects of a specific form of discrimination." These include government-mandated, government-sanctioned, and voluntary private programs that tend to focus on access to education and employment, granting special consideration to historically excluded groups, specifically racial minorities or women. The impetus toward affirmative action is redressing the disadvantages associated with past and present discrimination. Further impetus is a desire to ensure public institutions, such as universities, hospitals, and police forces, are more representative of the populations they serve.

IT WILL BE INTERESTING HOW THIS IS RESOLVED.

PS, BEING A "POSTER BOY" FOR THE LAW IS A GOOD THING

Giving preferential treatment to a class of citizen based on color/sex/etc should be abhorrent to everyone. Everyone should have an equal chance to succeed in our society, and what happened in the past should not have any influence on who gets selected for something now. That's the very definition of discrimination to me, and using such a system to redress past discrimination makes a mockery of our system of justice and fair play.

The Act does not include House-passed amendments that prohibit funding from being used for several immigration policies that the Administration is implementing by executive action.

Of course he would have...whether he actually did or not wouldn't make a difference to you.

2 in years Trump has accomplished a tax cut and bumped the federal deficit 30%.

That's about all he's accomplished legislatively speaking. I'm sorry but passing a healthcare overhaul... even a shitty one... is a much more impressive political accomplishment.

Trump is absolutely awful at getting things done. He's an outsider and it shows.
Has Trump added more debt than all the presidents before him combined? Sounds like he should be about there...or on pace...

In 2012 President Barack Obama was caught telling the Russians “This is my last election, after my election, I have more flexibility.”
President Obama was running for re-election in March 2012, when a live microphone picked up his whispered conversation with then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Obama told Medvedev it was important for incoming President Vladimir Putin to “give me space” on missile defense and other difficult issues and that after the 2012 presidential election he would have “more flexibility.” Medvedev said he would “transmit” the message to Putin.
“This is my last election,” Obama said. “After my election I have more flexibility.”
“I understand,” Medvedev said. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir.”
As expected, Putin easily won the election to replace Medvedev as president on March 4, 2012. Twenty-two days later, on March 26, 2012, Obama urged Medvedev to pass on the “flexibilty” message to Putin.
That's quite the two-step you have there Arthur Murray...can you sugar coat the Manson murders next?
