Does anyone know where I could purchase a copy of Aodds Gold 98. I had a copy years ago but that laptop is long gone.

Thanks,
Ken

How popular is Aodds Gold(1998)

Hi

My friend has Aodds Gold(1998), He's dusting it off after using Mike Pizzola's Black Magic and Handicapping Magician.

Is Aodds Gold(1998) relevant or has someone developed a better program in the last 20 years?

If you can keep records MPH is a far better program, written by Ken Messa. Just making note of the winners AP EP & SP and a very accurate way of giving the distance a class number will enable the average Joe to know what is aberrant and to leave alone. That alone will put anyone in better position than 80 % of the para mutual pool. Ken Messa has the full blow HTR product that does that and more but the downside is your into the data for all cards like $140 per month. The early MPH you need to take control of your old parallel port with software.

Imagine still using software that needed to address the "parallel port"

And people wonder why I created that thread a few weeks ago...

Addendum: Ken Messa does not sell software, I was not plugging an advertisement. I mentioned to be helpful and think his work is superb.

This isn't entirely true, but you knew that already.

Ken gets a cut of the data fees paid by those who use his software. Can't use the software without the data files. And the more people that use the software, the more data fees he gets.

And I have zero problem with people talking about HTR or Ken Massa...for the record.
