College professor answers students request....
She requested that the professor delay exams for students who are tired because of the Ferguson/Garner protests.
You gotta read her email and the professor's response.

Student says:
Quote:
Professors and administration at Oberlin need to be held accountable for their words and actions and have a responsibility to their students.
|
The professor said he was going to have an exam on a certain day and he kept his word. How is that not acting responsibly?

SHE chose her actions - she deserves to fail.
Talk about dingbats.

She isn't asking for the break. She's asking for it for her fellow students who have been traumatized.

Traumatized?
Too bad - life is full responsibilities.
Anyone traumatized by this stuff is faking.
Fail them all.
How can you claim to be an adult and be traumatized like this?
She is obviously a loser and potential lifetime welfare recipient.

That makes the entire situation even more absurd. They are apparently so traumatized that they can't even beg for themselves.
So when they are lawyers and too traumatized to represent their client at a hearing, will they be so traumatized that they won't even be able to ask the judge for a postponement?

So the poor little entitled tykes are upset? Too bad. Perhaps the profs decision to go on will send the message that the world does not care one whit for their self esteem and that their inflated sense of self worth is meaningless. When they flunk they can explain to parents why the five figure per year tuition may be a waste of money.

Why hasn't anyone acknowledged the brilliant and succinct answer from the professor:
No.

I thought I referenced that in the thread starter. It's incredible.
If you google the girl who wrote the email she labels herself a "social justice crusader" and has a GoFundMe Page to send her to social justice camp.

Can you imagine the smack in the face she'll get if she ever has to go work a real job? My guess is she'll be a diversity person at a college or something so she'll never have to leave the university setting.
