What is really sad about all of this is that people all over the country are celebrating the POS government "allowing us" to finally something that we, the people WANT to do.

Congress is incapable, now and for the foreseeable future, of passing anything that requires Democrat votes. If the Wicked Witch of the West and her minions take back the House, pretty much nothing will pass for the next 2 years.

Lawyers are already discussing the possible consequences of this ruling on other issues.

Restrictions on the ability of the feds to regulate the states could affect current federal restrictions on how states tax their residents, and could lessen the authority of the feds regarding sanctuary cities.
