Ah, please explain how the DNC lawsuit against Trump has legs. This should be interesting.

Why are you asking me? Danny was the one intimating it.

It doesn't have a chance. The suit alleges that the Trump Campaign:
Quote:
undermined and distorted the DNC's ability to communicate the party's values and vision to the American electorate; sowed discord within the Democratic Party at a time when party unity was essential to electoral success; and seriously compromised the DNC's internal and external communications.
|
The DNC has no values or vision other than getting elected, which was abundantly clear throughout.
Discord was a preexisting condition that no outside influence could make worse.
And compromising communications would require an attack on Hillary's home-brew server, which no one knew about at the time.
Case dismissed.

There is a 5 alarm fire within the J. Edgar Hoover Building right now.
The 7th floor has been mostly evacuated Sessions was last seen fanning the flames.

And, no surprise here, the New York Times did its duty, as well: its Moscow correspondent, Walter Duranty, won the Pulitzer in 1932 for his glowing reports of life under communism. He denied the Ukranian mass starvation by famine ever happened.
Let's not forget, either, the 1983 KGB memo uncovered after the fall of the Soviet Union in which Ted Kennedy proposed a media tour by Yuri Andropov in an attempt to politically damage Ronald Reagan (a fierce anti-communist) on foreign policy.
And while we're at it, recall the 1984 "Dear Comandante" letter written by 10 Democratic congressman to Daniel Ortega in the Soviet client state of Nicaragua; the letter criticized Reagan's policy toward Nicaragua while completely ignoring the violence of the Sandinista commies.
This lawsuit whining about the Russians is just too rich.

The DNC lawsuit is to keep the base believing that something must have happened in 2016. The Mueller case regarding Russian collusion led to 12 Russians and no Americans being charged. If anything, it showed Facebook greed allowed for the ample breeding ground for such an operation by the Russians. I don't believe you'll see anything else from his case regarding the Russians.
The problem with the DNC lawsuit is that it will now allow the Trump campaign and other defendants the ability to "discover" anything and everything about the DNC, like DWS' Pakistani IT guy, Hillary's server, the screwing of Bernie by the DNC, etc, etc. There's a whole lotta bad stuff being done by that bunch. I'm sure campaign finance fraud is the least of it.

They just need a distraction for the upcoming mid terms. And the press will do what they always do, carry the water for them.

Mr. Most Honorable Robert Mueuller answer me this. Why haven't you yet called in the only known Russian, Natalia Vesenitskaya in for an interview?
Hint: She was apparently at a meeting at Trump Tower with some shady people
Please Mr.Mueller she may know something...what? You're not interested Okay then.
Thanks for playing.

Because the targets of investigation get interviewed last?
Didn't she meet even slimier people the day before and the day after the Trump Tower meeting?
