Men At Work lost all income to that song in a lawsuit years ago. That little flute ditty throughout the song is from an obscure local nursery rhyme song written in the 20s. The guy that wrote the song just kept hearing that ditty in his head, some deep memories from his childhood, and went with it as the foundation of the music. By far their biggest hit, all to the profit of others. Same with Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve. Couple guys named Jagger and Richards get all the money, and writing credits, for that one.
