any one looking for a car

last month Nissan Finance reported a 46% increase in car repo's. that should convert into much lower prices for already nose bleed prices within 6 months should this number stay consistent. when this happens, home prices tend to crumble a year later.

Geesh! That much!? I just complained to my wife about the 16% increase we just received for our next renewal period. And the number one reason was repair costs. The number two reason large increase in "inattentive driving" claims! (Thanks, cell phone fanatics!) Number three reason was increased medical costs.

Mine went up about 20% I’m guessing

We haven’t had a claim in 30 yrs.

No tickets ever

Allstate.

I got quotes from 5 companies yesterday. I have a new “unknown” car according to 2 of the companies. So that quote for just that car is up about 25% over my Tundra. Tundra was a 20 model.

My wife’s Rav 4 went up just a little bit actually. It’s a 23 model. Mines a 24 that they say they don’t have any data to compare repair costs etc.

My insurance went up 50% in the last two years, no tickets, no claims, in 20 years. The only claim I made was when an employee hit a parked car in the company truck 20 years ago, that paid out $1200. I switched from Allstate to Geico and saved a little. Geico went up 4% in 6 months.

That seems inline with my Geico rate increase.

Shop it around guys.

Allstate raised 28% on my auto premium. That's with the full pay and homeowners bundle discounts.

Geico is 50% less for same coverage. I lose the homeowners discount but the difference > discount
