Tucker running for president with Trump opting out and supporting him.
That would be a rocking chair drive. What harness announcer used to say that, was it Joe Alto?

Not that it would be, but vice President Trump might make anyone at the top of the ticket unimpeachable for any reason. For that wild card the top of the ticket would have to have Trump policy's. I do not believe Trump is running, but I do think he wants to be a kingmaker and see his policy's back on track.

Not requirements, qualifications.
You know, like if you were to hire a plumber or electrician or accountant or attorney…etc.

Interesting perspective, Fast. In this scenario, it would have to be Ron DeSantis on top. He's the closest to being able to accomplish your thoughts about Trump wanting to be a "kingmaker." However, I still think that Trump's decision as to whether or not to run depends totally on the outcome of the mid-term elections.

Please share with us TJDave. What do you think qualifies someone to be president of the United States?

What were Obama's? Oh yeah...that's right...community organizer.
And one who was so proud of his college record that his college transcripts were locked away in a safe somewhere -- kept from public scrutiny. Remember?

An in depth knowledge of the political process that enables promotion and passage of legislation helpful to your agenda.
While I didn’t always agree with his politics, LBJ was probably the most effective President.
