It's the not horse's fault who owns him. So...feel free to cheer him on for the the win. Besides, doesn't he remind you a lot of Big Red? Big, Strappy, Classy and Domineering?

sellout ???

is it a reflection of the connections of the horse or the poor performance in terms of crowd management at past triple crown attempts that the event is still not sold out at this late date ?

just seems as this years triple crown has not caught the eyes and ears of the general public.

Tickets cost $175 or thereabouts for the cheap seats...I think that plays a pretty big part.

I remember when I used to buy 10 seats on Belmont Stakes day for less than A THIRD of what one seat costs today.

Tracks are their own worst enemies. It's no wonder the Sport of Kings is on life support.

Also if" Pharoah" hadn't done it so recently, there would be more interest.

I don't care at all that he or whoever he's associated with owns a piece. My main interest was that the New York Times did the article. Surprised me.

To the Greek's credit, he must pay his top employees well if they can afford to buy TB race horses.
