Feed which provides alert when horse has been loaded into barrier?

I am looking for a feed which provides alerts when a horse has been loaded into the barrier for Hong Kong racing. These feeds definitely exist and are used by the big syndicates to bet as late as possible into the Hong Kong tote pool. Does anyone know of a publicly available feed?

I am looking for something similar to the attached image (Australian racing)

I think your best bet would be to simply watch the "Live Video" feed. That will show when the red light flashes and the horses begin to load and when they're completely loaded in real time.
