one can ALWAYS bet AFTER smart money if...

a. smart money bet is not triggered by starting gate
b. one uses computer program that automatically makes
bets triggered by predefined smart money detection parameters

Example:
one preprograms bet to trigger when last second huge
drop in odds assumed to be (trainer, owner, syndicate,
individual) making unusually large bet

even if one of them is betting as last horse goes in gate:
5 seconds for your program to act or
1 second for your program to act or
1/4th sec for your program to act, etc.

unless smart money bet is triggered by starting gate
& considering speed of your program, electricity, etc.
how can anyone moan that its no longer possible to
take advantage of last second smart money bets???
Please enlighten!! Am I imagining smart money detecting
computer programs connect to track changing odds that
do not yet exist...? Are there any programs that
CONSTANTLY update live odds?
