Accelerate is actually pretty good

Hard to get really excited about the handicap division, but I will tell you that Accelerate's move in the stretch past good horses after being boxed in for most of the race was breathtaking. The crowd actually gasped when he did it.

He is going to be tough the rest of the year.

How about Lookin At Lucky?

Sired the exacta (and the last place finisher to boot). Who knew?

I figured he was on deck to be cast off permanently to South America, but perhaps Coolmore will reconsider his future as a source of stamina?

I'm really excited to see if Irish War Cry can keep it going. I sure hope Graham Motion has him finally figured out, an electrolyte imbalance. He is a horse with tremendous upside that has a high cruising rate with the ability to stay on.

He looks like a really solid Grade 1 older horse to me.
