Would just like to say....ever since I had that day where I picked 13 of 28 winners on top (this was almost two weeks ago), I have since posted the absolutely worst set of picks I have ever seen someone post on here or anywhere. else
I mean, I really, really, really have SUCKED.
So let that be a lesson to you all.
NEVER
EVER
PISS off the racing GODS by bragging about how good you think you are.
Even if you have a day where you pick 13 winners out of 28 races.

This doesn't fix the constant losing I've been doing for the past month and a half, but it helps a bit:

Over the past 4 days, I've posted 168 top choice picks.
I've only won 22 races (13%)
But I've gotten back $476 for an ROI of 1.41
My largest winner was $48
I don't look at the tote board.
And my horse's odds don't ever get cut in half after the break...lol
Most picks are posted 30-60 minutes prior to post.

5 days
199 top picks
25 winners
An ungodly 12.5% strike rate
$398 wagered
$551.9 returned
+1.39 ROI
Largest winner still = $48
I really need to get my win% up. The coming losing streaks are going to be disastrous.
That's why I'm actually posting top two picks...but...those are only breaking even and only hitting at about an 18% (per race, not per horse) strike rate, which is actually worse than the single pick performance if you think about it. The top pick is kicking ass but inviting a massive losing streak to come and wipe it all away.

Here are my stats over the last 5 days, and a list of today's races that I wagered on.
Is there any significance to the fact that I've won 25 races, placed in 25 more, and showed in 26 more? An interesting progression...essentially 25 more each time. Is there any significance in this? I'm thinking no...but it's interesting nonetheless.
