A few thoughts on this:
The "zero betting on track" means nearly nothing for Parx as on Mondays and Tuesdays nearly all of their wagers come in from off track anyway.
If the track won't (or can't, because it gets 80% of purse money from casino revenue) reopen until the casino does, it won't be in the near future. PA has closed schools through June, and I doubt they'll allow the gatherings of the high-risk elderly that casinos are.
If the track somehow does reopen with no casino, purses will be a fraction of what they were, so all previous race classifications will be out the window (unless there's money in reserve from not racing for months that props purses up for a bit). What those races are like will largely depend on if other mid-Atlantic tracks open.
