Murder at the Capital
The policeman who was killed on Wednesday during the invasion of the Capital was struck on the head by a fire extinguisher. I hope that there is video or other evidence which will allow charges to be brought against the person wielding the weapon.
It's possible Trump could be a co-defendant.

Your another guy who starts a thread when we have "So I hear they've breached the Capitol" that the police death is already in. The first amendment is for all Americans, not just the left.

Fear not if it can't be found (cause maybe I don't know it did not happen like that) they can CGI some shit up. I mean if it's possible Trump could be a co-defendant. Got to do it... no matter what.

The capital policeperson who shot the lady coming through the door is being investigated by the DOJ for excessive force.

I would say most likely.
Assuming these are federal crimes it would be dependent on the justice department and ultimately the AG.
I would also expect Trump to be party to any civil action.

So much for what you know, even a green lawyer could defend against that.

That is nice, but no one is going to change current law for those who have run out of runway.

this is great entertainment, you should be charging everyone $10 a month to view this board. you would get at least 500 people a month to pay. i know i would gladly pay!

I just find it hilarious that leftists like Actor, over the summer, were clamoring for the heads of police...and now they are crying over them...what a difference a few months make.

There's a theory being kicked around that the attackers were sent in by ANTIFA dressed as Trump supporters. They were not part of the protest team that marched peacefully, the group Trump referred to in his speech.
Regardless what anyone thinks, its a stupid thread anyway...so who cares?

Says the guy who supports defund the police. Why no tears for the woman who was murdered?
