After many years as a leading rider in Pennsylvania Stewart Elliot has moved his tack to Kentucky and is having a very successful meet thus far at Keeneland. John and Stewart will discuss the reasons for his decision, his entrance into racing and the thrill of being part of the Smarty Jones Triple Crown bid.
Our handicapper this week is no stranger to the show. Rich Eng will join John for an overview of the Derby and Oaks fields. They will also handicap the $200,000 Gr. 3 Lexington Stakes and the $150,000 Gr. 3 Ben Ali Stakes both from Keeneland; the $200,000 Gr. 2 Distaff Handicap from Aqueduct and the $500,000 Gr. 3 Illinois Derby from Hawthorne Race Course.
