I made it a point to listen to Tucker and he never stated this was the only solution.
Just one possible part of the solution that nobody talks about because it won't enrich anybody in Congress or their lobbyists.

Tucker is opposed to all the practical solutions like Electric cars. Solar and wind etc. So just what are the solutions he favors.

Where did you get that ridiculous number from? Is that what it would cost with low level federal employees doing the work at their normal ass dragging working speed?
