Moving past the red meat...can you give a cogent reply as to why her sentences were light in multiple cases involving crimes against children?

Her explanation about "the internet" made little sense. But that was just one case.

Her sentences were not unusually light. Par for the course.

That's cool and all, but I guess you don't actually know her thought process behind her actual decisions? Which is kinda the point.

Do you know her reasoning? Or is she exempt from answering, because, you know, Democrat.

Who was it that killed the nomination of Judge Janice Rogers Brown to serve on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit?

I don't know WHO makes up the categories on these admission tests, but they DO NOT REFLECT competence in the areas a prospective student will be challenged with in MEDICAL school in the case of the MCAT...

In that test, it is divided into 4 areas: verbal, general knowledge, science, and math, and having taken this test, ONLY the science area was relevant to what was later taught in medical classes.

I laughed out loud at many of the questions in the area General Knowledge when I was asked about the plays of Ibsen...I can say, with great confidence, that the subject of Ibsen NEVER came up in any diagnostic interview I was involved with...... EVER.

Correlation of the test with later competence is questionable at best.

The LSAT, MCAT, VSAT, GRE are tests to help predict how a person will do in the graduate program, not much more.
