Isn't it interesting what they do for drug addicts. Narcan requires a prescription and in most areas crack pipes are illegal, yet drug addicts get easy access to them. I would bet the bottom dollar easy access to Narcan will cost more lives than it will save as addicts will be more comfortable with risking an O.D.

Vancouver did this YEARS ago: made safe secure and clean places to use...They followed Portugal's lead.
