An open border is certainly not helping.
As to demand, how much of that demands comes from desperation of prople living in the squalor of big cities, brought to us by the dems policies over the years?

I think the cartels will be enriched as long as the demand for what they're selling is so high, as it is the USA.
The person in the White House has ZERO effect on that.
Did Pres Reagan enable all the cocaine traffickers in Miami in the 80's, or was it the high demand for cocaine by the citizens?

Funny how your first post was about Biden enabling DRUG cartels, and now you've changed that to human trafficking, which is bringing FAR less revenue in than drugs.

I don't know...what do you think the reason is?

Well when we had President Trump in office and had the most secure border in history... fence going up along with remain in Mexico. OD deaths had a decline. So it seems when Conservative are at the helm we move in the right direction. But since Joe's first day in office use has risen.. unfettered access across the border for drug smugglers as enforcement is forced to run herd and housing to the flood of illegals entering. And the only way to cross from Mexico to US is by paying and indebtedness to the Cartels. Like anywhere that the Democrats control decay and death are common. Since Joe's first day in office OD deaths have hit a all time high along with the misery index. When people feel hopelessly they look for an escape. When your Democrat controlled Government passes out the tool kits with crack pipes to help you use drugs instead of treatment. Let's just say Democrats are enablers and don't give a shit.
