In game interviews

I HATE, HATE, HATE in game interviews. I’m referring to those Picture in Picture interviews with celebrities, former players or family members that take place while the game is going on. The game is completely ignored while some d list celeb promotes his latest movie, or some grandmother dotes on her precious grandson’s first home run.

I think half YouTube TV’s game on Wednesday consisted of such claptrap.

I enjoyed the inning long interview with Fergie Jenkins at Wrigley Field today. He was honored with a life-size statue placed in the park along with Ernie Banks and a few others.
I agree I can live without the chatter back and forth between announcers and the dugouts. Few watching really care what they're talking about.
