Capitalism will not survive.
Except for the people who are running things because socialism is designed that way.
After all, someone must be in charge.
The Masters will no longer refer to a golf tourney.
I’ve made my money as a capitalist but...
Typical socialist hypocrisy.

Khrushchev said:
Socialism/communism is, by its nature, the real imperialism.
It marches ever forward, imprisoning people.
Now, the single country in the entire world with the most guaranteed freedoms, is throwing that all away - WILLINGLY!
We are the frog in boiling water.
And when The Great Experiment has finally failed, the TJs and the Mostys of the world will say, "It was all Trump's fault."

He is most likely right. Man (or more specifically government or governments) want to rule this world. This would put government(s) at odds with the King of kings, wouldn't it? There is already a world ruler, but governments don't accept that. And doesn't this remind you of what the ancient Jews wanted in Samuel's day? They wanted to be like the Gentile nations and have a king rule over them, and this upset the prophet. But God assured Samuel that he has everything under control and that the people didn't ultimately reject the prophet per se but God himself and his lordship.
There really is nothing new under the sun, is there?

Musk going to cut expenses by letting go 1000 employees (I can think of 1 lawyer that would save $15 million / year). Then start a fee for Twitter blue ...

I Wonder if Musky Saw This Coming?
Musk, Twitter Sued by Florida Pension Fund Seeking to Delay $44 Billion Takeover
A Florida pension fund has sued Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Twitter Inc. in a bid to halt the self-avowed “free speech absolutist” from finalizing his $44 billion takeover bid of the social media platform.
In the proposed class-action lawsuit, brought by the Orlando Police Pension Fund and filed in Delaware Chancery Court, the plaintiffs claim that Musk cannot legally finalize his takeover until at least 2025 unless holders of two-thirds of shares not owned by him sign off on the deal.

Even if twitter goes down the drain as a result of the Musk purchase, I'm so glad he's responding to some of these choice tweets so his 91M+ followers get to see some of the shit that goes on out there.
This was an interesting tweet just now, by the way:
