Don't think Shug has won at the meet, maybe one not sure, his horses are really struggling, which is so surprising because his horses were running so well up to the beginning of the meet. Has a few more entered today I think, today might be the day but for now he has to show me a win first before I can bet him...

I'm in the same boat. Regardless of how good his horses look on paper, they aren't performing at Toga. 2 for 25. I'll let them beat me.

 We Were Kings
A bomb, but supposedly has a work at Finger Lakes on the 10th clocking a :34.3 3Fs  . Hard to like Luzzi in the saddle, but a monkey can ride a gate to wire winner. Really hard to find anything else worth betting.  looks tough, and may well outclass this field, but at 3/2?  may be the right play at 9/2, but hard to get by the 1 for 11 record.  looks solid, but 3/1?

I hear ya, put Luzzi with my Shug thinking, got to show me he can win, has Mike won 1 race? Granted he doesn't get great mounts, I do know that when he finally does score going to be with a horse like the ..Ill be rooting for you...

Looks like low priced favorite day at Saratoga, they were due for a day like this, like Del Mar was yesterday...Prices have been crazy all meet  ...Chalk players got to get their day too, few more left though...
