This amendment being used against Trump is less tha3 weeks away from being brought to the SC, so I figured a little history behind Sec 3 in particular might interest some. It's a long read but an informative one.
From what I have gleaned from the article, I would be surprised if the court didn't rule in Trump's favor. But hey...what do I know? I do recall being wrong once.
