A well deserved diploma for two of the hardest working people I know. Hopefully, Tommy will log on when he gets home tonite, and tell us about the breeder, and Sweet Bourbon's brother. Hopefully, she comes out of the race ok, and will be ready to take on some more, at GP.
Way to go you guys!

Thanks guy.It was a fun day..She done the runnning,All I do is look after her.
I know most of you dont give a hoot but I must tell this story.
I bought this filly off the internet after looking at her pictures, earlier this year. I bought her for half her stud fee..Now the story gets interesting..Her breeders had given her to a trainer in Ocala as a 2yo.These poor people spent their 401k on her with the breeding fees and the fees that this trainer ripped them off for. They are a older couple who run their own farm and were 4 hours away from where she was training. This trainer had had her for 3 months as a 2yo getting her ready for the 2yo sales. One day he called them and told them ,"he couldnt do anything more for them,By this time they were in such hock,They sold their yearling colt for 1k to pay her bill and get her back to them. There she stayed with her mother in a paddock and where I found her on a website and bought her.The really sad part of this piture is 1 the owner was ripped off and 2 They yearling colt is a 2yo called Luke Of York who is now 2 for 2,Winner of the Keenland Anniversary stakes 125k and a MSW winner. He runs at GP on sat in the Spectacular Bid Stakes. Sweet Bourbon is his 1/2 sister. The really great thing about her win is..Glad to see her breeder get some breeders money as they have never had any of their horses run in florida.God Bless them.

I always felt like she would win for us. Even though it might have been a cheap race to some of you, it was so thrilling for us to see her run like that. Thanks again Tom and Lisa.
