Pace Prediction:
I think the 8-Horse goes hard for the lead right off the start, shortly afterward the 4-Horse tries to take the lead but gets hung out by the 8-Horse and the duel results in both horses fading in the stretch while the 9-Horse, showing that condition class horses are often far superior to claiming class horses, zooms up the stretch to win at good odds.

Of course anything can happen so pace prediction is more art than science and I'm certainly no DaVinci.
