I could not image that thing being useful unless you don't care about collateral damage. The top speed of one of those robots is casual walking speed and the reaction time of the servos is much slower than a humans.
If sent into combat it is going to lose unless it can blow itself up or will explode when shot at. If a human is controlling it, it's reaction time is human reaction time plus time for the signal to go from radio receiver, through the motherboard, servo unit, then servo motor action.
I hope someone with knowledge of robotics is consulted before taxpayer money is wasted.

The problem is this technology will get better and better and as governments become more authoritarian we the people become more and more vulnerable.
